My wife and I have recently returned from what we believe may have been the best experience we have thus far encountered at a vacation resort. We have visited many fine hotel and resort properties in Europe, Asia and of the course the U.S. Some of these have had larger or more extensive guest facilities but none can equal the exceptional service and treatment we received from every member of the Keauhou Bay Resort staff last week. Your facility is of course beautiful, nearly spotless and our room was very well appointed. However the highlight of our stay was due entirely to your exceptional staff. From the moment of our arrival to our check out last Thursday morning we encountered only friendly, helpful, efficient and extremely professional staff members.
From housekeeping staff to pool attendants to wait staff we always felt welcome and valued. Even more surprising was that it seemed every employee that we passed in a hall or public area offered a greeting. Perhaps our best experiences were the result of the exceptional service we received from a young Thai waitress named Nan in Restaurant Kai, during two dinners that we enjoyed.  We congratulate you for providing a staff that clearly know the value of customer service and thank you for our wonderful experience.

I would like to take this time to thank you and your team for taking such good care of me and my group last week. from the moment we arrived to the day we departed, the level of service and attention to detail was unparalled.
