For resort and island activities, assistance with dining reservations and recommendations and to add a personal touch to every guest's vacation our staff is always available to help.
Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort & Spa is proud to participate in several environmentally sound practices. Water is among our precious resources and we encourage our guests to help us preserve this resource through our "The Green Choice" program. Guests may opt out of housekeeping services for up to three days and receive a $5 restaurant meal credit for their concientious decision.
To improve each guest's experience, we add a daily resort charge to each room to enhance the guest experience.
Additionally, we participate in Starwood Hotels' SPG Kid's Pass Program. Starwood Preferred Guest's children may eat and enjoy non-alcoholic beverages at participating outlets throughout the day for just $15 per child per day. Children must be accompanied by a paying adult when placing a food order. Inquire with front office for program participation.
Alternatively, children 5 & under eat free from our children’s menu or buffets in Kai, Sliders or Manta Ray Bar & Grill when accompanied by a paying adult.
Children's pricing is not applicable to in-room dining.
