Meet Our Executive Team

Director of Sales & Marketing
Brad Doell

Doell joined Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort & Spa’s sales team as Director of Group Sales in August 2005 and was successful in designing, coordinating and implementing sales strategies and building partnerships.  He was promoted to Director of Sales & Marketing in 2007. Doell’s responsibilities include global programs, marketing, and customer education as well as national and local marketing programs to elevate awareness of the destination, the resort and the Sheraton and Starwood brands.

He is a graduate of the Business Management Transfer Program at Mount Royal College in Calgary, Alberta, Canada and holds a Hotel Management Bachelor’s Diploma from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.

Director of Food & Beverage
Schack von Rumohr  

Schack von Rumohr started his food and beverage career in Europe in the culinary division. He moved to the United States and worked with Hyatt Hotels for 10 years where he held positions as server and supervisor, working his way up to manager. Von Rumohr has also worked for Wyndham, Marriott and Hilton hotels on various Caribbean Islands including Aruba, Puerto Rico, St. Thomas and the Dominican Republic. He was recently Director of Food and Beverage at the Hilton Oceanfront Resort on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.
He brings more than seven years of experience to the Food and Beverage Director’s position at Sheraton Keauhou Bay. His responsibilities include supervision of the team at Kai Restaurant, Manta Ray Bar & Grill, Crystal Blue Lounge, the resort’s culinary operations and the resort’s catering and banquet departments

Connie Aderinto, Director of Human Resources

Connie Aderinto is Sheraton Keauhou’s “Big Island connection” on the dynamic executive committee. Connie received her BA from the University of Hawaii at Hilo and has subsequently held a variety of human-resources-related positions at some of the top resorts on the island. Her varied experiences garnered over the years, her knowledge of the many facets of employee-related issues and management, and her relationships within the tight-knit communities of the island have been an asset to her well-deserved position as Director of Human Resources at Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort & Spa.


William Lee
Director of Finance

William Lee has been in the Hotel industry for 16 years, of which the last six have been with Starwood Hotels. His experience has been garnered from tenures at eleven properties, including his current position as Director of Finance at Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort & Spa.  William's career began in 1990 at the Radisson Manhattan Beach in Manhattan Beach, California as Night
Manager.   In 1995, he was promoted to Assistant Controller and within five years, he was named Controller at the Sheraton Fairplex, in Pomona, California.  Los Angeles has and always will be considered home for William but, he says, in the meantime, you can’t beat living in Hawaii!  An avid movie buff, William is in the perfect place on the island to enjoy his other favorite activities which are hiking, biking and jogging.  William is a graduate of the University of South Florida, with a degree in Accounting.
